Date night. It seems like it's this campaign that couples promise to embark on only when there's least amount of time to do it. "Every month!" they say, as though the madness of life will magically part ways like the Dead Sea to make room for romance, only to realise three months down the track that a dinner and drinks has swiftly transformed into couch and movie time.
Or is that just us?
Either way, the Merivale group is determined to bring back the vintage concept the classic Date Night, inviting lovers and friends to mid-week mingles at their most popular restaurants. They've even got the love notes half written out for you. Men-folk take note, this could be the easiest brownie points splurge in the city.
