Troy is a Sydney born Hong Kong local who owns his own event production and management company. As the one half of Citizens who also harks from the smoggy bowels of HK, Troy and I bonded with stories from Mid-Levels party culture, 20 cent tram rides and expats living on Junk boats (and the party culture that goes along with that). He just finished putting together Dubai Fashion Week and shared tales of 46 degree weather and religiously sensitive bikini parades (hint: it’s all in the sheaths).

In one shot Troy also single-handedly supercharged our SEO with his artful amalgamation of threads. His boots and jacket are both by Rick Owens, the jeans are True Religion, and the scarf is from Armani. See what we mean? Hey Google, look up, we’re a-comin for ya.
